  • Delivering the Game - Run fun, engaging football sessions in schools, clubs and community settings that help children get active, develop new skills and enjoy sport.
  • Creating Positive Participation Experiences - Deliver Auskick and Superkick programs that help children build confidence, make friends and enjoy being part of a team.
  • Supporting School and Community Competitions - Assist with school football competitions and community events through umpiring, scoring, ground managing and game day support.

  • Supporting Community Activations - Assist with events, participation initiatives and football experiences that create positive moments for children, families and communities.
  • Growing Our Game - Contribute to participation outcomes that support the continued growth of football across South East Queensland and Northern Rivers.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working with children and young people, or confidence engaging and motivating kids through sport, recreation, education or community activities.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence delivering engaging activities and programs to groups of varying ages and backgrounds.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability, initiative and sound organisation when working in schools, clubs and community environments.
  • A commitment to creating safe, positive and inclusive experiences for participants.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, school staff, clubs and community stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including during school hours, before and after school, and occasionally evenings and weekends.
  • Current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check, including a Queensland Blue Card or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
