PURPOSE – Why this role is important
This role provides key operational support to our broader Queensland participation team to allow them to focus on executing our participation programs in their local region, whilst simultaneously retaining oversight of our key operational systems that underpin our participation operating model.
DAY IN THE LIFE – what you will be responsible for
- Lead the casual shift deployment process for Metro South & Metro Central regions in SEQ
- Oversight and subject matter expert for Deputy platform for Queensland
- Lead the data integrity and accuracy of the Salesforce CRM, including but not limited to; reporting and data entry
- Oversight and subject matter expert for Ask Nicely platform for Queensland
- Contributing to key projects within and outside of core role
- Supporting and contributing to the success of the broader team
MUST HAVE’S – what’s needed to help you be successful
- Operational and administrative management experience and/or workforce deployment experience
- Proficient using systems and technology to manage workforce deployment
- Previous experience using a rostering and timesheet system is preferable
- Highly developed CRM skills. Strong usage of Salesforce will be an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly developed organisational skills, initiative, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Highly competent IT skills, Microsoft Office and experience with large multi-layered databases
- Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
