ABOUT THE ROLE
The NTFL Competition Lead is responsible for management and administration of the NTFL (Seniors, Youth and Junior Competitions) as well as support in the promotion and development of the game.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
Key Accountabilities:
- Preparation and Management of the NTFL Competition operations including integrity processes.
- Ensure the competition is administered in line with the National Community Football Policy Handbook, AFLNT Rules & Regulations and NTFL By-Laws.
- Management of the relationships between the AFLNT, League and Club presidents and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate the match staff duties and rostering.
- Other projects from time to time as directed by the Football Competitions Manager -NT.
- Assist in preparing any relevant information that will assist the media department with media releases that relate to the league.
- Compiling of data and information for competition reporting.
- Support all Competitions Leads to ensure consistency in operations and management of competitions in the NT.
- Participate in national projects on competition management matters.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure successful events and build a sustainable future for all clubs.
- Support and contribute to the success of the broader team.

- Demonstrated personal initiative and ability to work effectively unsupervised
- Well-developed, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Satisfactory Working with Children Check
- NT Drivers Licence
