ABOUT THE ROLE

The NTFL Umpire Head Coach holds a key leadership role in the AFLNT Umpiring Team, responsible for the operational delivery of the NTFL Umpiring Program. This position plays a vital role in supporting the continued development, retention, and performance of umpires across all disciplines—field, boundary, and goal.
