Consumer Education Lead

- Leading the development and delivery of the AFL Consumer education strategy, aligned to Consumer Platforms objectives and broader consumer outcomes
- Building strong working relationships with AFL Clubs and internal consumer teams to understand needs, identify capability gaps and provide practical support
- Designing and delivering engaging training programmes across membership, ticketing, consumer platforms and operational processes
- Developing and maintaining learning pathways, onboarding resources, playbooks, user guides, process documentation and knowledge management materials
- Supporting platform adoption by helping users understand new capabilities, system enhancements, process changes and agreed ways of working
- Partnering with Consumer Platforms, Club Membership, Ticketing and Growth teams to ensure education activity remains relevant, timely and aligned to business needs
- Facilitating knowledge sharing across AFL Clubs by showcasing better practice, encouraging consistent standards and supporting continuous improvement
- Measuring the effectiveness of training and education activity through feedback, adoption insights and performance outcomes, using learnings to improve future programmes
- Supporting change initiatives by embedding clear education and communication approaches into major projects, platform enhancements and process changes
- Using technology and AI to continuously improve how work is delivered, supporting more efficient, effective and innovative outcomes aligned to our Game Plan
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training, education or capability uplift programmes across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across clubs, internal teams and platform owners
- The ability to translate complex systems, processes and operational concepts into simple, practical and engaging learning experiences
- Experience developing onboarding programmes, playbooks, user guides, process documentation or knowledge management resources
- Strong facilitation, presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and user needs
- A practical, outcome-focused approach to identifying capability gaps, prioritising learning needs and delivering solutions that improve adoption and performance
- Advanced technical capability working with Ticketmaster’s Archtics and Account Manager platforms
- Relevant knowledge of ticketing, CRM or related consumer operations platforms
