The opportunity

We are seeking a Hospitality Marketing & Entertainment Executive to drive the marketing, brand positioning and entertainment programming across Marvel Stadium’s key dining destinations, including Amphora and Stadium Social.

 

This role plays a key part in shaping the guest experience across the precinct, with a focus on increasing visitation, bookings and engagement across both event and non-event days.

 

Working as part of the Stadium Marketing & Experience team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, hospitality partners and precinct operators to deliver integrated campaigns and experiences that connect with diverse audiences and drive commercial outcomes.

 

What you’ll own

Marketing strategy and campaigns

  • Develop and deliver a hospitality marketing strategy and campaign calendar across dining and precinct activations
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, PR and events to drive bookings and engagement
  • Monitor performance and use data and insights to optimise campaigns and inform future activity  

 

Entertainment and guest experience

  • Design and deliver entertainment programming and curated experiences aligned to audience segments
  • Deliver showcase events and activations that highlight venue capabilities and attract new audiences
  • Play a hands-on role in event delivery and hosting during key experiences

 

Brand and experience stewardship

  • Oversee in-venue branding, storytelling and overall guest experience for key hospitality venues
  • Capture and use customer insights to continuously enhance the visitor experience

 

Stakeholder and partner management

  • Build strong relationships with hospitality partners and precinct stakeholders to deliver coordinated activations  
  • Lead cross-promotions and seasonal campaigns aligned to key calendar moments

 

Performance and reporting

  • Track KPIs including visitation, revenue impact and campaign performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform planning and investment decisions

 

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in hospitality, venue or precinct marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective partnerships  
  • Excellent communication and storytelling capability, with a clear focus on customer experience
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities

 

Desirable:

  • Experience within hospitality, entertainment or live event environments
  • Established networks within hospitality, media or entertainment sectors
