ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Coordinator - Stadium Precinct is a newly created role, responsible for the front of house operations for Marvel’s Stadium’s key tourist attractions — including the Stadium Tour and Stadium Roof Walk experiences. Representing the AFL and Marvel Stadium brands, this role is focused on ensuring smooth operations for arriving and departing visitors to the stadium, aligned with attractions bookings and/or precinct activities (Live Sites, Stadium Sports etc). In addition to the front-of-house services, the role will also provide key marketing and administrative support.
The position will operate within the Stadium Marketing and Experiences team, reporting to the Marketing Lead – Stadium Precinct.
We will be closed for our annual closure period from December 22 2025, returning January 12 2026. Over this closure period, applications will not be responded to during this time. Interviews will take place in the new year upon our return.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
Front of House Operations:
- Provide a unique welcoming experience for all visitors to Marvel Stadium, including group arrivals
- Receive and direct internal and external calls and correspondence
- Provide direction and assistance with local amenities and services
- Provide tourist attraction style concierge services administration for our visitors
- Coordinate casual staff rostering, based on pre-bookings
- Update daily tour routes and communicate to tour guides, where other stadium activities impact the standard tour route
- Understand and follow security and emergency procedures and summons appropriate assistance and makes appropriate notifications in accordance with operating procedures
- Varied administration, customer service and safety responsibilities and any other reasonable requests made by team members to facilitate the day-to-day management of the front of house, or tasks which assist with achieving team objectives
Bookings and Purchases:
- Oversee the booking processes for individuals and groups, attending the Stadium Tour and/or Roof Walk, including liaison with the ticketing agency
- Check-in processes for visitors and groups attending pre-booked tours
- Process walk-up bookings
- Liaise with the retail team regarding aligned sales processes for tour and roof walk photos and other attractions specific retail items
- Work closely with other stadium services (operations, building management, safety and risk, carparking, facilities, Elevate, etc.) by having awareness and oversight of stadium and precinct schedules, to ensure complete alignment of attractions and precinct activities
Marketing Support:
- Build out the local marketing database and coordinate communications to encourage visitation for precinct activations
- Provide content to drive visitation and bookings for owned channels, including social media assets, website, digital screens etc.
- Marketing and administration support for school, conference and other targeted groups

Mandatory:
- Front of house and/or customer service experience and/or marketing experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to work on multiple tasks at once
- High levels of professionalism, with ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and can-do attitude
