ABOUT THE ROLE
The Precinct Sales & Delivery Manager leads the commercial performance, experience outcomes and delivery strategy of Stadium & Precinct events, functions and activations at Marvel Stadium.
This role oversees both the Sales and Events streams, ensuring precinct programming is commercially successful, operationally scalable and aligned to the broader Stadium & Precinct strategy.
Sitting at the intersection of commercial growth and live experience delivery, the role is accountable for shaping how precinct events are positioned, sold and experienced, driving a year-round calendar that supports revenue growth, partner integration and premium customer outcomes.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
Commercial Leadership & Revenue Performance
- Lead the commercial performance of Stadium & Precinct events and functions
- Oversee the Stadium & Precinct Sales Lead to drive pipeline development, conversion and pricing strategy
- Collaborate with Integration and Attractions teams to identify new revenue opportunities across the precinct calendar
- Influence packaging, positioning and yield strategies for precinct events
Experience & Programming Leadership
- Own the performance of the precinct events calendar from both commercial and guest experience perspectives
- Ensure events and functions align with Marvel Stadium’s premium positioning
- Drive innovation in programming, balancing ticketed activations, corporate functions and always-on experiences
Team Leadership & Capability
- Provide leadership across the Sales and Events streams, ensuring clear alignment between commercial targets and delivery outcomes
- Build a high-performing, commercially aware team culture
- Support development of future leaders across precinct sales and events delivery
Stakeholder & Integration Alignment
- Partner closely with the Stadium Integration Manager to embed partner outcomes into precinct events
- Work cross-functionally with Attractions, Marketing, Operations and Partnerships teams to deliver cohesive precinct experiences
- Maintain strong relationships with promoters, agencies and venue partners
Operational Oversight & Governance
- Maintain oversight of delivery frameworks through the Events Lead and team
- Ensure events are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with AFL governance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, workforce planning and event processes

Mandatory
- Demonstrated experience leading commercially driven events, precinct activations or venue portfolios
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue outcomes and experience delivery
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strategic mindset with the ability to guide both sales and operational delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management across commercial and operational environments
- Lead with a commercially focused and collaborative approach
- Drive alignment between sales strategy and event execution
- Champion innovation in precinct programming and guest experience
- Contribute to the evolution of Marvel Stadium as a 365-day entertainment precinct
Desirable
- Experience in sport, tourism, hospitality or entertainment precincts
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or Legal
