The opportunity
As Premium Growth Executive, you’ll help drive new business and revenue growth across AFL and Marvel Stadium premium hospitality, membership and event experiences. This role plays an important part in strengthening customer acquisition, supporting commercial performance and delivering premium experiences that connect corporate clients, members and fans to the game.
Working within the Premium team, you’ll contribute to sales campaigns, stakeholder engagement and business development initiatives across major AFL and stadium programs and events. You’ll collaborate across teams to support aligned customer outcomes while helping identify new opportunities to grow the premium offering.
What you’ll own
You’ll contribute to the growth and delivery of premium experiences across AFL and Marvel Stadium programs and events.
You’ll add value through:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across premium membership, hospitality and event offerings
- Supporting targeted sales and marketing initiatives that grow premium customer acquisition and commercial outcomes
- Building strong relationships with members, clients, partners and internal stakeholders to support premium growth objectives
- Contributing to the development and delivery of integrated premium sales campaigns across AFL and stadium events
- Preparing high-quality proposals, presentations and customer-facing sales materials that support commercial success
- Monitoring market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
- Supporting proactive lead generation initiatives through coordinated business development and marketing activity
- Collaborating with Membership, Marketing, Customer Experience and Stadium Operations teams to deliver premium customer outcomes
- Maintaining accurate sales activity, pipeline updates and customer information within CRM systems
- Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, customer trends and sales activity to support informed decision-making
- Providing coordination and administrative support across revenue-generating premium programs and events
- Contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused team environment in a fast-paced commercial setting
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, account management or premium customer environments
- Experience supporting revenue growth initiatives, campaigns or customer acquisition activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across clients, partners and internal teams
- Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations and customer communications
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify customer needs and growth opportunities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer information, sales activity and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Sound judgement, initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience supporting campaigns, events or premium customer programs will be highly regarded
- A commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and commercial outcomes
- A valid Working with Children/Vulnerable People check and satisfactory criminal history record check, or the ability to obtain these prior to commencement
