During our busiest year to date in 2025, Marvel Stadium successfully delivered a high-volume calendar of major events, from the AFL season to global acts such as Metallica, Lady Gaga, Oasis, Green Day, Luke Combs, and hosting international sporting events including Wrexham Down Under and the British & Irish Lions Tour, in addition to extensive Precinct Events.

About the Parking Services Role
We are looking for extraordinary customer service specialists to join our Marvel Stadium Parking Services team to assist in delivering outstanding events for our guests and partners. We want you to be passionate and excited to work for the busiest multipurpose Stadium as well as understanding the importance of the guest experience and how you can contribute to their positive journey.
Please also see the skills and requirements below:
- Previous experience in a customer service role – desired
- Car parking experience – preferred, not essential
- Provide parking services as required by the Stadium during the ingress and egress of vehicles
- Assisting patrons at the entry/ exit points for a seamless operation
- Directing of vehicles to car park entries/ exits and vacant parking bays
- Assist with queries by public patrons, employees and contractors and giving directions
- Motivation ability and enthusiasm to be a strong team player with the ability to think outside the square
- Awareness of evacuation, OH&S and emergency procedures
- Flexible working hours as our events can take place during the week and on weekends (day and night)
- A positive and can-do attitude with a willingness to learn about the stadium, becoming a ‘Stadium Expert’
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to assist guests and provide them with an outstanding customer service experience
- You will need to be a team player, being able to work collaboratively so you can assist with any problems that may arise or provide additional assistance to guests
- Ability to multi-task and have excellent time-management skills
- Exceptional presentation in respect to uniform and personal grooming
- Working with Children Check – a valid Working with Children Check (Employee) or willingness to obtain
