ABOUT THE ROLE
The Stadium Integration Coordinator plays a key delivery role within the Stadium & Precinct portfolio, supporting the execution of commercial integration initiatives across partners, events, attractions and stadium experiences.
Working closely with the Stadium Integration Manager, this role ensures partnerships and commercial opportunities are effectively embedded into stadium products and activations, supporting revenue growth, operational alignment and best-in-class customer outcomes.
The role acts as the coordination and execution bridge between commercial strategy and operational delivery.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
Commercial Integration Support
- Support the delivery of integrated partner activations across attractions, events and stadium products
- Coordinate partner deliverables and rights execution aligned to contractual obligations
- Assist in developing integrated commercial proposals and campaign execution
Business Operations & Coordination
- Maintain tracking of partner activations, deliverables and timelines
- Support internal alignment between commercial, operations and marketing teams
- Assist in managing licensing and compliance requirements
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a day-to-day point of coordination across internal departments and external partners
- Support briefing processes, production timelines and activation readiness
- Ensure partner requirements are communicated clearly to operational teams
Performance & Reporting
- Support development of partner reporting materials and performance updates
- Assist with tracking activation outcomes and campaign delivery
- Maintain internal documentation and integration workflows
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve delivery efficiency
- Contribute to the evolution of stadium integration frameworks and tools
OUR IDEAL TEAM MEMBER
Mandatory
- 2–4+ years’ experience in partnerships, events, commercial coordination or project delivery roles
- Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capability
- High attention to detail and strong administrative discipline
Desirable
- Experience in sport, entertainment, tourism or hospitality environments
- Exposure to commercial partnerships or integrated campaign delivery
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Events or Communications
