PURPOSE

 

Centralised planning and coordination of our participation programs is a key component of our operating model. This role works closely with the participation and programs team to execute the delivery of participation programs in the region and provide operational and logistical support to our Game Development Network.

 

DAY IN THE LIFE
 

  • Lead the recruiting, rostering, deployment and coordinate time-sheet system for Game Development Officers with the support of the wider participation team
  • In consultation with Participation Leads ensure quality control, education and training of Game Development Officers
  • Lead the data integrity and accuracy of the Salesforce CRM, including but not limited to; reporting and data entry
  • Maintain accurate stock control, logistics, uniforms and record keeping processes as required
  • Lead the coordination and staffing of Brisbane Lions Half-time Auskick at AFL and AFLW games in QLD
  • Contributing to key projects within and outside of core role  
  • Supporting and contributing to the success of the broader team

 

MUST HAVES

 

  • Operational and administrative management experience and/or workforce deployment experience
  • Proficient using systems and technology to manage workforce deployment.
  • A program management expert, with thorough understanding of project briefs, cross departmental communications and work flow timeliness will be well-regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-performing fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly developed IT skills, Microsoft Office and experience with large multi-layered databases
  • Great verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
